Who we are
SBS Management Consultants s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic and trading as CovalentIQ, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For questions or requests about your information, contact ssabitovs@covalent-iq.com.
Information used to provide the service
An inquiry records your name, email, organization if supplied, business question, timing and submission context. A paper request records the email address, requested paper, timestamp and optional marketing-consent choice. A booking records your name, email, selected meeting and time, and any company or discussion details you choose to provide.
Purchase and access records include the purchaser email, legal name, billing address, supplied company and tax identifiers, tax-verification evidence, invoice and provider payment references, purchased model, payment status, release entitlements, relevant timestamps and download-access history. Secure-link records, email-delivery attempts and security events support delivery, recovery and abuse prevention. Payment-card details are handled by the hosted payment provider and are not collected by this application.
Delivery messages and optional marketing
We use inquiry information to respond to your question. Booking information is used to arrange the meeting and send its invitation, confirmation, reminder and any changes. Purchase, payment and access information supports fulfillment, repeat access, entitled updates and order assistance. These operational messages are separate from optional marketing.
Marketing consent is a separate, optional choice. Declining it does not prevent a paper download or purchase delivery. You can ask us to stop marketing messages by contacting ssabitovs@covalent-iq.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not remove records needed to maintain your licensed access.
External services
The website and its operational records are hosted on a Hetzner server in Germany. Microsoft 365 handles inquiry messages and the website's operational emails. These services process the information needed to provide hosting and delivery.
If model purchasing is enabled, Stripe processes payments and tax calculations and generates billing documents on behalf of SBS Management Consultants s.r.o., the seller. Billing information, tax identifiers and payment references are shared with Stripe for these purposes. Model purchasing remains subject to its separate activation and final purchase terms.
When you book through the CovalentIQ calendar, Microsoft 365 processes the calendar invitation, Teams meeting and meeting notifications. We read the host calendar's availability to avoid conflicting appointments; other appointments and their participants are not shown to website visitors. Booking status, calendar references and notification attempts are stored on our hosting server. Secure management links allow you to reschedule or cancel. Buyer onboarding links are associated with the relevant model order. If a booking page instead offers Cal.com, that calendar loads only when you choose to open it, and Cal.com processes the information you provide under its own terms and privacy notice.
Retention and access history
Inquiry and booking records support correspondence, meeting arrangements and follow-up. Delivery history and security records support reliable operation and troubleshooting. Order and entitlement records support repeat model access and continuing license rights.
Operational records are included in protected backups. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed against the purpose of the record, continuing access rights and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The website does not automatically delete all records when a meeting is cancelled. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced under the backup retention schedule.
Questions, corrections and requests
Contact ssabitovs@covalent-iq.com to ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw marketing consent or raise a privacy concern. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records. Some records may need to be retained for licensed access or applicable obligations; any limitation should be explained when the request is assessed.
