The organization license
A purchase licenses the specified CovalentIQ model to one organization for its internal business use. The workbook may be shared internally within the purchasing organization. Sharing the workbook outside that organization, including with an external contractor or client, requires separate written permission.
You may use the model to support your organization’s analysis and advisory work, and share derived outputs in reports or presentations with attribution to CovalentIQ and the model release. The workbook, formulas and accompanying package files may not be resold, publicly posted, sublicensed or distributed to other organizations. A separate agreement is needed to transfer the tool itself to a client or other third party.
Perpetual use and included updates
You may continue using the purchased release indefinitely. Your purchase also includes access to any updates issued for that model during the 12 months following the purchase date. There is no commitment that an update will be produced.
Versions received within that entitlement window remain licensed after the window ends. Updates issued later are not automatically included. Purchasing one model does not grant access to other models.
Access and assistance
The delivery email provides secure access to the complete package and individual files. Links expire for security; request a fresh link through Restore model access. Use the email address associated with the purchase. Contact ssabitovs@covalent-iq.com if you need help identifying the order.
An optional introductory onboarding call is included. Custom analysis, project-specific scenarios, adaptation and training beyond an introduction are scoped separately. No particular response time or future update schedule is promised.
Use the model within its scope
The documentation states the supported software, analytical boundaries and known limitations. You are responsible for reviewing the inputs and assessing whether the scope is suitable for your intended use. A model result is not a guarantee of project performance, an achievable selling price, investment suitability or financing approval.
Refunds and revoked access
See the sales and access policy for help with access problems or a refund request. A refunded or revoked order no longer grants download or update access. Any resulting effect on previously downloaded copies will be stated in the final purchase terms.
Terms before activation
The website and package addendum describe the intended commercial offer consistently. The final legal agreement, seller details and required purchase disclosures must be reviewed before live checkout is enabled.
