Individual model licenses
SBS Management Consultants s.r.o., trading as CovalentIQ, supplies a one-time license for one named Excel model. The product page identifies its release, scope, software requirements, limitations and included files. There is no subscription, bundle or customer account dashboard.
Checkout and payment
Stripe provides the hosted payment page. Model prices are in EUR, excluding VAT. The published price for each model and applicable tax are confirmed before payment. SBS issues the invoice. Prices shown in the local simulator are noncommercial test amounts and do not establish an offer for sale.
Delivery is triggered by a verified payment event. A return to the confirmation page alone does not prove that payment has been received. If confirmation is delayed, the page explains that the delivery email will follow verified payment.
Tax verification and invoices
Tax treatment depends on billing location, buyer status and applicable rules. Where appropriate, buyers awaiting VAT verification can pay with VAT. If verification establishes a different treatment for the original purchase, we provide corrected billing documents and refund the tax difference. The model license and update deadline remain unchanged.
Delivery and repeat access
After confirmation, the purchase email contains a secure access link. You can download the complete package or individual files, and retry legitimate downloads. A new browser requires a short verification code sent to your purchase email. No password or registration is required.
If a link expires, use Restore model access with your purchase email. New links provide access to the purchased release and any updates included within the 12-month update entitlement. A revoked or fully refunded order cannot obtain new downloads. A tax-only correction does not remove your model access.
Access problems and refund requests
For a failed download, incorrect delivery, compatibility question or refund request, contact ssabitovs@covalent-iq.com with the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card information.
Requests will be assessed against the final purchase terms and any applicable rights. This draft does not establish an automatic refund window, a blanket no-refund policy or a guaranteed support response time. The final refund terms and any required digital-delivery acknowledgments must be approved before live sales.
Onboarding and further work
An optional introductory onboarding call is included. Custom modeling, research and adaptation require a separately agreed scope and fee. The license includes perpetual use of entitled releases, with no commitment that further releases will be produced.
Local review status
The local simulator uses signed test-event fixtures and a local email inbox. It does not charge a card or send email to an external recipient. Real provider connectivity, email delivery and final commercial terms remain later activation checks.
